October was a flash, with roofing and other building projects needing completion before the weather changes. I felt squeezed, but despite that was able to steal out and paint, often in short quick sessions, so overall it wasn't a bad month. I tried, or thought I tried to look for the changing colors, and I got some, but scenes with something for me to bite into, strong dark shapes, a balance of the man-made and the natural prevailed, leaving the documentation of the seasonal change as sub-notes.
