I was feeling "blah" what ever that means, and had missed what I thought was my opportunity to paint earlier in the day, so I went out after dinner.

I had this panel laying around for at least 2 years, and it's a dark purple. That dictated all the decisions about what tone went down, and in what order.

I had to use the flash, all sorts of weird things start to happen close to sunset.

Like I said; weird.

This spot is not more than a few hundred yards from my backyard, as the crow flies.

Better than no painting, and what did I learn? that I'm not scared of painting this time of day!
